Lakewood, Wash., cops offer safe place for online transactions

Police in Lakewood, Wash., have posted a sign at their station to remind everyone that they can conduct online transactions at the station's lobby and parking lot.

The department said the lobby is under constant surveillance and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a staffed front counter.
