The Hendersonville Police Department in North Carolina is giving people a safe place to carry out internet business deals.
In an effort to make sure these transactions go smoothly, the Police Department has designated the parking lot of its station as a safe zone, complete with surveillance cameras that operate 24/7, Cox said. A sign has been posted which reads,” Internet purchase exchange location – This area is under video surveillance. Read local coverage here.
